Este r\u00e9gimen, ofrecido por ProInversi\u00f3n, brinda liquidez a los titulares de proyectos durante la etapa preoperativa, devolviendo el IGV por adquisiciones y contratos de construcci\u00f3n. Sectores como construcci\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n, agricultura, educaci\u00f3n, electricidad, hidrocarburos y turismo se beneficiaron de esta herramienta en 2023.
